RN Wood Solutions Terms And Conditions
FOR BESPOKE PRODUCTS AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS:
 Customers are required to provide easy access and a level base for the erection of their wooden building.
At the time of ordering it should be stated if there is bad access or a long distance to the site of the building.
Payment by cash or cheque is accepted in person.
A 20% deposit is required after you've ordered your garden building. Once ordered we will then send you a confirmation form to your address
or through email for you to
check ,sign and return with a cheque of the amount it states before we begin work on your garden building.
After your garden building is finished, we will then deliver and install (Only for customers that live in the shropshire area or shropshire borders) to your current address,
which we will then collect the rest of payment. For those who live outside of shropshire , after your building is finished
we will then get in contact with you for you to send us the rest of payment before we send the building through courier.
Delivery is usually up to 28 days of return of the confirmation form.
Prices DO NOT include erection, delivery is free.
Customers do not pay VAT on any of our products.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS (PAYPAL):
Every aspect of the contractual agreement entered into as a direct result of the placing and processing of orders
from this website shall be governed by UK law.
All prices quoted on this website do not include VAT.
By purchasing goods from this website, you are entering directly into a contract with RN Wood Solutions,
Wem industrial estate, Soulton Road , Wem , SY4 5SD.
Only persons of eighteen years and older may purchase goods from this site. By placing an order from this website, you undertake
that all details you provide to RN Wood Solutions for the purpose of are correct. You are also undertaking that the credit
or debit card that you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchases made.
It is your responsibility to inform RN Wood Solutions of any changes to the information that you have provided whilst
placing your order as soon as possible.
RN Wood Solutions may change these Terms from time to time, and place the new version on the website.
However, this will not affect existing orders which will be honoured.
Full payment is due at the time of ordering. An order will not seem to have been made until cleared funds have been
received.

Delivery is free.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is free to all UK customers.
Our products are delivered through a Courier and will be despatched within 7-28 days (Depending on
what you have ordered) but as soon as the product is ready, it will be delivered straight to you and the courier will
require a signature on receipt.
We deliver to all of the UK including England, Scotland, Scottish isles including hebrides,shetland islands,
orkney islands, Islands of clyde, Wales, Welsh isle of anglessey, Northern Ireland, Republic of ireland,
Channel Islands, Isle of mann, Isles of scilly and lundy.
For oversea countries (Businesses only) we would be honoured to manufacture and supply you with our garden buildings, but we will only
deliver if you order over a certain amount of any product.

CANCELLATIONS:
The United Kingdoms Consumer Protection Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within 7 working days from our receipt
of your order to receive a full refund of any payments made to RN Wood Solutions. However, if the goods have already been
despatched to a carrier and are already in transit, you would be liable for the cost of the return of the goods to us.
Order cancellations must be sent by email or by post to facilitate this cancellation
RETURNS:
If the product is damaged or broken on arrival you can return the goods (damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery).
We will require photographic evidence of the condition of the item you are returning. We will collect the item(s) from you if applicable.
You will receive a full refund once the goods have been delivered to us and have been inspected.
We cannot accept back for a full refund any item which has been incorrectly assembled causing a fault or damage, or modified in any way
(including, without limitation, painting or treating with chemicals).
If the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond fully with its item description and you wish to discuss this
please notify us immediately on 01939 235985.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect
your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as
shown for that item at the time the order was placed. RN Wood
Solutions have the right to change and alter pricing where it seems
necessary without prior notice but this is very rare.
